The “Gluten Free Cookies and Hot Chocolate Kit” includes:

  • Lurpak Unsalted Butter (500 g)
  • Gulten free Flour (1kg)
  • Eggs (30’)
  • Caster sugar (750 g)
  • Sugar Cassonade (1kg)
  • Valrhona Darek Chocolate Chips 60% (230 g)
  • Valrhona Milk Chocolate Drops (250 g)
  • Celaya Hot Chocolate (1ltr)

 

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (25 cookies)

Ingredients:

150 g Valrhona Dark Chocolate Drops, 150 g Valrhona Milk Chocolate Drops, 175g Lurpak Unsalted Butter, 300 g Gluten Free Flour, 6 g Baking powder, 1 Egg, 120 g Caster Sugar, 120 g Cassonade Sugar

Instructions:

  • Mix the soft Unsalted Butter
  • Add the Caster Sugar, Cassonade Sugar, Egg and mix
  • Sift the Flour and the baking powder, then mix with the Butter and Sugar
  • Add the Chocolate Drops
  • Shape the cookie using a scooper
  • Bake at 180°C for 10 min
  • Remove from the baking tray directly after baking
  • Serve it with a cup of Valrhona Celaya Hot or Ice Chocolate
