The “Gluten Free Brownie Kit” includes:
- Valrhona Andoa Dark Chocolate Feves (1 Kg)
- Eggs (30')
- Lurpak Unsalted Butter (500 g)
- Gluten Free Flour (1 Kg)
- Cassonade Sugar (1 kg)
Gluten Free Brownie Recipe (10 servings)
95 g Andoa Dark Chocolate, 170 g Andoa Dark Chocolate, 190 g Brown Sugar, 3 Eggs, 165 g Unsalted Butter, 80 g Gluten Free Flour Doves Farm, 110 g Pecan Nuts
- Briefly mix together the brown sugar and eggs
- Melt together the butter and 95 g of Andoa dark chocolate at approx. 45-50°C
- Add the melted butter and chocolate to the brown sugar and eggs, mix.
- Add the sifted flour, the ground and toasted nuts and the 170 g of Andoa dark chocolate chopped
- Bake it in a mold at 160-180°C for 15-20 min
