The "Premium Protein Kit" includes:
- Certified Angus Beef® Ribeye Steak (Defrosted) 1 Pc (Serves 2)
- Corn Fed Supreme of Chicken Breast (Defrosted) - 2 Pcs (Serves 2)
- Salmon Fillet (Defrosted) - 1 Pc (Serves 1)
- Spicy BBQ Seasoning - 1 Tsp
- Maldon Salt Flakes - 1 Tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 Tsp
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 Tsp
(RECIPE - 5 Servings)
- For the ribeye, add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Use your fingers to rub into the meat.
- Pan grill the ribeye for 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- Cover it and let it rest for 4 minutes.
- For the salmon, add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Use your fingers to rub into the fish.
- Pan grill the salmon for 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- For the chicken breast, add the spicy BBQ seasoning and olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 min, then grill the skin on top for 8 minutes.
Serve with some sautéed vegetables or fries and enjoy it with a Fentimans beverage.
