Wonton Taco Kit by Chef Ayat 

  • Certified Angus Beef® ground beef (1 Kg)
  • La Corvinia chopped tomatoes (400 g)
  • Red cheddar cheese (300 g)
  • Edamame (500 g)
  • Sour Cream (1 L)
  • Wonton wrapper (140 g)
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Cumin
  • Cayenne chilli powder
  • Smoked paprika
RECIPE (6 SERVINGS)
  • 250 g Certified Angus Beef® ground beef
  • 100 g La Corvinia chopped tomatoes
  • Red cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Edamame
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Wonton wrapper
  • Spices:
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tbsp oregano
    • 3/4 tbsp cumin
    • 1 tbsp cayenne chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Green chillies (optional)

Cooking Steps:

  • Sautee the Certified Angus Beef® ground beef on high heat to avoid losing any liquid
  • Add the garlic and all the spices
  • Add the green chillies and stir
  • Add La Corvinia chopped tomatoes
  • Stir until cooked. Keep aside
  • Prepare the cupcake pan with the wonton wrappers
  • Stuff it with the ground beef mix
  • Add cheddar cheese on top
  • Bake it at 170 °C in the oven until golden colour
  • Remove the wontons from the pan and place them in your serving dish
  • Top it with sour cream
  • Add edamame and cheddar cheese
