Beetroot Ice Latte

Add a pop of colour to your morning coffee! This Beetroot Ice Latte is velvety and sweet with the earthy aftertaste of beetroot. It's also low in sugar to give you a lighter start to your day!

What do I need to make it? 

You only need a few simple ingredients to make this tasty ice latte. We use James White Beetroot Juice, which makes the whole recipe incredibly simple. You'll also need a quality shot of espresso and some chocolate syrup to add some sweetness. Our mixologist strongly recommends this 1705 chocolate syrup which uses the finest chocolate from France and is perfect for pouring into drinks.

Top tips from our mixologist

Make sure you mix the the 'base' of the latte well (the beetroot juice, chocolate syrup and espresso). This will make sure the flavours are thoroughly combined in the mixture, so you get an even taste with every sip. 

If you don't have a milk frother you can add the milk to a jar and seal well with a lid (a jam jar works well). Shake vigorously until the milk has frothed up and increased in volume. It might be a bit of extra work but it's worth it for the added layer of luxury to the drink.
