The "Pizza Kit" includes:
- La Corvinia Peeled Tomato - 400g
- La Corvinia Chopped Tomato - 400g
- La Corvinia Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 250ml
- Olmeda Small Black Olives with Stone - 360g
- Dry Oregano
- Molini Pizzuti All-Purpose Flour - 1kg
- Dry Yeast
- Shredded Mozzarella - 1kg
- JW Organic Pear Juice - 250ml
- Fentiman's Mandarine Seville Orange - 275ml
(Recipe - 6 Servings)
- In a kneading machine, add water, yeast, flour and knead for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and knead for another 2 minutes.
- Add extra virgin olive oil and knead for 3 more minutes.
- Shape the dough ball and let it rest in a bowl covered for 1hr in a warm place.
- After resting cut the dough ball into 6 portions approx 260g.
- Place them in a tray and cover to rest for another hour.
- After resting re-flour the dough.
- Open the dough with your hands or with a rolling pintop for 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix both the peeled and chopped tomatoes with 1tsp of salt and 1tbsp
- of dry oregano.
- Top up your pizza with your favourite ingredients.
- In a preheated oven, cook your pizza for 4 minutes at 250°C.
- Add some chilli olive oil for an extra kick and enjoy it with a Fentimans beverage
